Many readers owled to say UK Channel Sky News aired this new video interview today with actors Dan Radcliffe and Rupert Grint from the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. During the interview,  Dan says that filming of late has been quite busy and he caught a cold after a sequence where he "was lying in a pool of mud and dust and smoke and it irritated my throat and I developed a cold....

Dear Tux Kitten and Striped Kitten who have decided to nest in my back yard,

You two are so adorable, and you can't be more than a few months old.  You still haven't lost your halos of kitten fluff.  You showed up Thanksgiving night on my back porch and haven't left.

Don't be so shy little ones, I promise I'm not mean.  I just want to bring you somewhere that you can be looked at by a vet and find a forever home.  I would love to bring you in myself, but my apartment is very small and is already at it's limit with kitties.  And I really can't afford to pay the extra deposit my landlord would require to keep you.

I'm going to keep watch over you and keep offering you fuds in the hopes you'll come near me, and when the office opens on monday I'm going to let the landlord know about you two because I'm sure they'd help me catch you.  They've helped little kitties find homes before.

Stay fuzzy my little babies, and please stay away from the racoons that sometimes lurk around here.

Having read many of yours Thanksgiving reports, I am moved to giving you mine.

We had Thanksgiving at my son-in-law parents place in Seattle. My daughter and husband help to put it on up there. Also Alta's sister brought her family so we had a real fulled house. I was really happy that they said they would, I was not looking forward to 4 hour drive over the mountains. My foot would not be happy.

They gave a wonderful spread with turkey (of course), dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. Dessert was either pumpkin pie or apple pie, both freshly baked.
Everyone ate their fill and had wonderful time.

Today was part II. We went over to Lisa's place for her "turkey dinner and let's not go shopping dinner". It was more of the same, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, corn and of course her homemade pumpkin pie.

I feel like that TV commercial" I can't believe I ate the whole thing. I will go back to my chair to digest and sit.

Well little orange and white tabby, as it turned out, you weren't micro-chipped, no one in the neighborhood seemed to know who you were or where you belonged, nor apparently was anyone looking for you. Calls to the shelter, local vets, news papers, flyers and ad listings turned up nada. In the meantime you made yourself perfectly at home. You LOVES the girl child, only puffed up at JarJar dog twice and now try to love all over her and play with her much to her confusion. She's used to Yo-yo the cranky kitty who has sharp pointy bits and is not afraid to use them. You have figured out every window in the house and which are the best for bird watching, and that kitchen counters are not for kitties. Yo-yo is tolerant of you so long as you don't go charging up on her or try to get in her food bowl.

Yep you've found yourself a new home....

Today is my first day off since my bosses forced me on a rotating shift schedule. I am at the Orycon hotel waiting for it to start. I asked for this time off and got it approved in August :). Yesterday They still did not remember that I was leaving. :D They told every one that no one was going to get vacation until january, unless it was approved before November 1. I was told that I would be at work. I showed them my preapproved request as I left them to find anyone who could do my shifts. Did I memtion we are in a L&I audit. XD.
